The NBB Development management company is part of the NBB Group (Moscow) http://www.nbbd.ru

• The company was created to manage large-scale investment projects related to the sports and tourism infrastructure of the resort city of Sochi, which will be the venue for the 2014 Winter Olympics. The company goes through all stages of project realization starting with concept development down to facility commissioning.
• Attracts investments to projects as set out in the projects’ financial model.
• Develops and implements marketing strategies for its projects.
• Works with the world’s leading consulting companies in order to make the right strategic decisions.

• The Gornaya Karusel sports and tourism facility at Krasnaya Polyana. A large-scale Olympic facility to be finished in 2013.
• Sochi’s first ever golf club and spa, the Sochi Golf Club. The area has been mapped for construction and the grounds prepared. A golf field is currently being designed by one of the world most renowned golf field architects, Pete Dye.
• Adler Marina, a seaport for yachts. Currently at the stage of drafting up deeds for the land under recently purchased real estate. The concept of the project is being devised.
• The Sochi Plaza, a three-star replica of the Moskva Hotel in Moscow with 340 rooms to be built in central Sochi. Project concept currently. Management company is to be chosen.
