  • Routine and emergency repairs of private and public buildings, including their facades.
  • 24-hour security monitoring, video surveillance, guarding the entrances.

  • Receiving and delivering messages via an express courier service, delivery of food, drinks, flowers, medicines, and periodicals, telegraph and fax services, picking up clothes from the laundry.

  • All-season sports equipment rental and customization.
  • Transfer services, airport pick-up, taxi services, car rental.
  • Event and trip planning, providing information on tours, ticket reservation, plane ticket and private plane booking.
  • Secretarial services, collecting information as per the client’s request, restaurant, spa and beauty salon reservations’ providing information on current and upcoming theater plays and concerts with ticket booking, providing information on local stores’ working hours.
  • Scheduling a doctor’s appointment, babysitter and maid services, organizing public notary appointments and fitness coach services.
  • Apartment rental on behalf of the owner.
  • Maintenance of apartments, routine checks of the apartments’ and plumbing systems’ condition while the owner is away.
