The project's skiing grounds, designed and furbished by Dianeige (France), covers several hundred acres of the Sochi National Park. The skiing grounds are split into four levels by lift stops at the heights of 540, 960, 1,450, and 2,200 meters above sea level. There are several ski-fit cirques located between ridgelets of the Aibga mountains at the height of 1,500–2,200 meters. One can get from one level to another via a modern gondola type cableway manufactured by POMA (France).
The project envisages the construction of up to 28 cableways of various types. New trails are on their way too: the constructors are planning to build 6 green (minimum difficulty), 8 blue (medium difficulty), 16 red (increased difficulty), and 6 black (maximum difficulty) trails with an overall length of 70,000 meters. The trails will be fitted with artificial snow cannons and lights, making it possible to prolong the season or ski at night. The construction of said trails will make the Gornaya Karusel the biggest mountain ski resort in Krasnaya Polyana by trail length, surpassing even those resorts that are only in planning at the current moment.
The trails and lifts will be furbished with all necessary security equipment and a well-developed service infrastructure. The resort already has a team of professional instructors, a rental service, and a ski school for children.
